For two decades my landscapes have been drawn and painted directly from the natural world.
The translation that happens en plein air has an effect that I can't reproduce in the studio. I try to convey a response to the landscape which carries the breathless enthusiasm I
experience while I am painting. My images are created with gouache, oils, soft pastels and colored pencils (Prismacolor). .

Archival prints are available for many images.
